Whenever starting a practice, getting the word out that you're available and accepting referrals is important. We take care of reaching out to family physicians in the area (and beyond, if necessary) to ensure enough incoming referrals to fill the hours that you wish to work. 

Referral Management

We know that managing incoming referrals can quickly become a chaotic nightmare. We've developed custom software to expedite and streamline the process, start to finish. We even offer patients the ability to cancel and reschedule online (subject to a deadline, of course) to minimize no-shows and to help keep you on schedule.

Building robust and reliable processes is key to modern medical practice. While we seek feedback and consult constantly, we take on the responsibility of putting in place processes and procedures to minimize mistakes and to make sure things get done right.
